Leslie Lanes
The central passion that fuels my life is the awakening of consciousness
through to authenticity. My work over many years has been to this end,
both for myself and for the individuals, couples, and organizations
that I have coached. Using the tools of Conflict Resolution,
Mediation and Facilitation, my aim has been to draw out and highlight
the essential wisdom of each individual.
Through my own experience, I have learned how the 'need to belong' can
eclipse one's own true expression to the detriment of the whole system.
Learning about conscious intent and
self-empowerment in a safe setting can change a person's life.
My interest in advancing girls'
circles and youth mentoring has been fueled by this interest. Participating
in my own women's circle for 14 years and teaching circle technology in different parts of the world
has shown me how universal the benefits of circle are.
Ever-changing life circumstances require new rituals of relationship.
I count myself a part of a worldwide network of individuals who are
inspired toward spontaneous rituals of authenticity.
We are becoming aware of each other and of the continuing unfoldment
of an enlightened society.
